How about a circus? You could have a bunch of animals that are henchmen and or familiars of one another. Many could have the performance and/or mystical aura proficiencies.
Or how about the queen of a hive or a swarm of rats/bats somehow. I guess a swarm doesn’t really count as one animal, though.
