Demand Modifiers for Tea/Coffee in Yarm and Passara

In the PDF of ACKS Dwimmermount, the Demand Modifiers on page 63 for Coffee or Tea for Yarm and Passara are just noted as "2". Not +2, not -2, just 2. Would I be correct in assuming they're both +2?
