Here’s the link to my newly updated and greatly Expanded Mortal Wounds table v1.2.
I changed the table back to use a 1d20 roll and increased the possible wounds from the previous iteration.

Good stuff! I’d used the previous iteration with success earlier; the wider range of …ah…opportunities…was exciting.
Going back to the d20 does present a lot cleaner.
If I ever get an in-person game going at my own actual house I’ll put this out poster sized so that I may have the Wall of Woe.
I don’t get the point of effects that last “until the recovery condition is met”. During recovery, a character cannot take any action other than speaking and moving at half speed. Am I misunderstanding something?
Thank you. You’re absolutely correct, Weron. I’d overlooked “…, and cannot take any action other than speaking and moving at half speed.” on ACKS pg 105. Wasn’t really in my thoughts as it seems my group played fast and loose with that.
