How do bonuses work with the charm effect of Mystic Aura? Does it work only on a 10+ regardless of cha, or does cha and seduction work for it as well?

Further do things like mystic Aura and Seduction add to hiring rolls which is a reaction roll?

I can see arguments both ways.

For Mystic Aura, Charisma and Seduction modifiers would definitely apply.

I would allow Mystic Aura to apply to any hiring roll. I'd allow Seduction to apply if relevant (e.g. exotic Amazon hiring doughty mercenaries).
