Can a character will lower strength force open stuck doors? I have a character with a 22+ for opening doors. Does this mean its impossible or would a nat 20 be a success?

How low is your str?
It’s my mage who has an 8 strength.
The rules-as-written are not clear.
If you want a ruling, I would rule that the character can open a standard door on a natural 20, and cannot open a door if the door is exceptionally difficult (penalties to hit).
