As a thought, have you (the Autarchs) thought about putting together a master spell compendium with all the Core and PC spells? I don’t THINK that would too much work since it would mostly be copy-paste, then sell it as pdf/POD from One Book Shelf.
Be a lot easier to look up spells for everyone without needing to switch between two different books.
I had not, but that’s a splendid idea - thank you. We could even add some additional spells to make it a worthwhile purchase for those who already have both books, too.
I would certainly happily buy a book with more spells generated by the rules provided by the PC in addition all those published so far, but I could think of a few fun things that could potentially easily be added to such a book.
First thing that comes to mind is adding more potential values to the spell creation tables, possibly values in between the already provided ranges and areas of effect, or possibly values going farther out beyond the previous maximum.
Aside from that… I seem to recall mention somewhere in these forums about some kind of document for making entire magic systems from scratch. What self-hating judge with a world-building problem wouldn’t jump at the opportunity to make use of such a system? :3

Please no, I already wrote three magic systems for ACKS, I don’t need to write more
(Seriously I would greatly enjoy that document being available.)
What might be helpful for the tinkerers would be to list the options and points for the spells, so that people who wanted to tweak them would find it easier to determine what level a modified spell would be. It would likely be a bit more work than the copypasta that was originally suggested, but it would have high utility.
There is a document for making entire magic systems from scratch, yes, though I haven’t published it yet! I used it to create the Eldritch magic system for Heroic Companion.
The Occultist (or Warlock as I call it internally, I call it Occultist to differentiate it from the ACKS Warlock) uses a modified version of Alex’s spell point system combined with Alex’s sorcery system combined with Spells & Magic. The end result is a caster who can safely cast spells when they’re charged up with energy from blood and death, but risks insanity or worse when pushing the limits.
