Error in Blast Custom Spells table

I have found an error in the “Target by Area of Effect” table. The entry:

Target by Area of Effect: 60’ long x 10’ wide cone
Factor: ×4.5

is a severe outlier. Reverse engineering the formulas, either the cone should be 60’ long × 25’ wide, or the factor should be about ×2
