The Hezrou is mentioned in Dwimmermount, but I can't find where it has ever been statted. A lot of the other classic demons have been statted, but I can't find anything for the Hezrou.
There's a Hezrou statted in the Downloads section - Supplemental Rules, "Demons Optional Rule" - I think the most common types are all in there.
