It’s not included in the book, so I thought I would ask… are there prices for these?

Are the masks actually intended to be magical, or are they just equipment? Because as magical items, that would potentially be a very big payday, if someone sold them.

Yes, they are magic items, though they weren't created with the ACKS magic item creation system. You can allocate whatever value you deem appropriate to them.
