Are the mercenary wages calculated using some sort of formula?
I’m doing a bit of a conversion of Unit stats from GURPS (playing Pathfinder Kingmaker), and I wanted to link the stats of a GURPS Character to a Unit in ACKS and it’s wage.
Or was it done just eyeballing it?
In GURPS a sword is considerably more expensive that maces, axes and spears, while still having genrally the same “damage” (it has other benefits).
This can be modelled with militia via equipment cost, but does it affect wages?
