Buying Domains at War

I’ve been looking around to buy Domains at War and not having any luck.

I checked my local store, no luck (not too surprising, but I like to check there first).

I tried Game Salute, Drive Thru, and Amazon, all I found was the sample/demo.

Am I doing something wrong? Where can I buy the thing?

I’d be really interested in picking up a physical copy, any estimate for when those will become available to non-kickstarter folks?
