How are you handling swim in your games?

I might be missing it, but I can't find a TN for swimming. How do you guys handle it?

ACKS Core page 113: The target number for swimming is equal to the swimmer’s encumbrance in stone.

I've read that paragraph a half a dozen times in that last two months and SOMEHOW I missed that. Thanks.
